The problem: The client had a governance framework in place and needed a system to support data collection and analysis against it. It needed to be structured, repeatable, and capable of producing consistent outputs without inducing a lot of manual overhead.

What was done: A full survey and analysis workflow was built from scratch to meet that brief. The system handles survey creation, response aggregation, data processing, and framework updates end-to-end, with automated analysis feeding directly into a custom dashboard with click-through detail views. It is fully documented to support independent use.
